§ 37-7-7. Filing, publication, and recording of transfers between departments and agencies — Costs.

The governor shall file the certificate referred to in § 37-7-6 with the secretary of state who shall place the certificate on file and who shall cause a true copy of the certificate to be published at least once in a newspaper published in the county in which the land or property is situated, and shall file a certified copy of the certificate for record in the office of the recorder of deeds or town clerk in the city or town where the land or property is situated.
