§ 37-7-11. Delegation of powers over real estate by federal officer.

Any governmental official duly appointed or elected under the laws of the United States of America, who by law is authorized to take and hold title to real estate by virtue of his or her office, may if authorized by the laws of the United States of America, by power of attorney duly executed, acknowledged, and recorded, delegate to any of his or her subordinates, the power to manage, contract to sell, sell, mortgage, or lease any real estate so held by him or her and to execute, acknowledge, and deliver in the name of the official any deed, conveyance, mortgage, lease, or other ins
