§ 37-6-14. Filing of condemnation papers — Vesting of title — Availability of state treasury funds.

Within six (6) months after the state properties committee has authorized condemnation proceedings, the acquiring authority shall file in the office of the recorder of deeds or town clerk in the city or town where the land or other real property to be acquired is situated, a description of the land or other real property, a plat thereof, a statement that the land or other real property is taken pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, and the nature of the title to be acquired, whether the title be a fee simple or less than perpetual
