§ 37-18-4. Purposes.

The corporation is authorized, created and established for the following purposes:

To manage and hold the real property acquired pursuant to the provisions of §§â€‚37-18-6(d) and 37-18-7 for the benefit of the descendants of those individuals of Indian ancestry set forth in the list established pursuant to P.L. 1880, ch. 800, §â€‚4.
