§ 37-16-21. Notice of motion to vacate, modify, or correct an award.

Notice of a motion to vacate, modify, or correct an award must be served upon all adverse parties, or their attorneys, within sixty (60) days after the award is filed or delivered, as prescribed by law for service of notice of a motion upon an attorney in an action; except that in opposition to a motion to confirm an award, any of the grounds specified in § 37-16-18 may be set up. For the purpose of the motion, any judge who might make an order to stay the proceedings in an action brought in the same court may make an order to be served with the notice of motion staying the proceed
