§ 37-16-17. Court order confirming award.
At any time within one year after the award is made, as prescribed in § 37-16-16, any party to the contract by the terms of which arbitration was had, may apply to the court having jurisdiction as provided in § 37-16-14 for an order confirming the award. Thereupon the court must grant the order unless the award is vacated, modified, or corrected, as prescribed in §§ 37-16-18 and 37-16-19 or unless the award is unenforceable under the provisions of § 37-16-13. Notice of the motion must be served upon the adverse party or parties or his or her or their attorneys, as prescribed by law for service of notice of a motion upon an attorney
