§ 35-6-37. Financial statements required from state departments, agencies, and instrumentalities.

The department of administration, from time to time, as it deems expedient or necessary, may require statements of financial condition and operations from the several state departments, agencies, and public authorities or corporations in such form and in such detail as it shall prescribe. The several state departments, agencies, and public authorities and corporations shall submit, as required by the state controller, a copy of audited financial statements for the most recent completed fiscal year to the state controller no later than ninety (90) days a
