§ 35-4-25. Funds attributable to agency business operations.

State agencies which operate business-like enterprises at the state institutions shall maintain the funds attributable to these operations in accounts within the general fund. All funds received by the department of corrections, the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, and the department of children, youth, and families from these operations shall be deposited as general revenues.
