§ 35-4-17. Central cancer registry and prevention fund.

There is hereby created and established in the state treasury a fund to be known as the "central cancer registry and prevention fundâ€�, to which shall be deposited the revenues derived from the tax imposed in former § 44-20-13.1, repealed in 1986. All money now or hereafter in the central cancer registry and prevention fund are hereby dedicated for the purpose of the establishment of a continuous cancer registry and prevention program.
