§ 34-18-56. Notices and complaint forms.

(a) A notice in substantially the following language shall suffice for the purpose of giving a tenant a five (5) day demand for payment of rent prior to commencement of an eviction pursuant to §â€‚34-18-35:

FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT
