§ 31-6-15. Payment of fees by credit card. [Contingent effective date; see note.]
(a) The division of motor vehicles may accept payment by credit card of all fees paid
            to the division of motor vehicles as provided by this chapter.
         
(b) The division of motor vehicles shall determine which fees may be paid by credit card
            and the manner in which the payments may be made.
