§ 31-6-11. Transfer of registration.
The fee for transfer of registration shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) if the vehicle
            to be registered is of the same fee-class as the original vehicle or less, but if
            the proper registration fee for the vehicle to be registered is greater than the amount
            of the fee paid for the original registration, the fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00)
            plus the difference in registration fees of the original vehicle and the vehicle to
            be registered.

§ 31-6-11. Transfer of registration.
