§ 31-5-9. Location specified — Display of license.
The licenses of dealers shall specify the location of the office or branch and must
            be conspicuously displayed there, and in case the location is changed, an application
            shall be filed with the licensor requesting the change in location and the permission
            of the licensor shall be necessary for the change in location.
