§ 31-5-18.2. Sale of used motor vehicles — Annual reports.
Every licensed dealer shall file with the department an annual report which lists:
(1) The total number of used motor vehicles sold in the previous year by the dealer; and
         
(2) The total number of used motor vehicles sold without a warranty pursuant to chapter
            5.4 of this title.
         
(3) The licensed dealer shall specify the make, year, and sale price of each used motor
            vehicle sold without a warranty pursuant to chapter 5.4 of this title.
