§ 31-47.4-10. Use of information.
Information provided to the designated agent by the division or any insurance company
            shall not be further disclosed or disseminated by the designated agent without the
            express written consent of the division and the insurance company. The designated
            agent shall enter contractual relationships with insurers to further protect the confidentiality
            and security of information under this section.
