§ 31-47.4-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Accountâ€� means the uninsured motorist identification restricted account created in § 31-47.4-2.

(2) "Databaseâ€� means the uninsured motorist identification database created in § 31-47.4-2.

(3) "Designated agentâ€� means the third party the division of motor vehicles contracts with under § 31-47.4-2.

(4) "Division� means the division of motor vehicles.

(5) "Programâ€� means the uninsured motorist identification database program created in § 31-47.4-2.
