§ 31-44-7.2. Trailer parks located within the town of Exeter.
Any agreement for the lease of a mobile home or a mobile home lot or space located
            within the town of Exeter and offered pursuant to the provisions of § 31-44-7, must be in writing and shall not be executed unless each term of it either shall
            have been completed in full or shall contain a statement that the terms may not be
            applicable. All lease agreements executed pursuant to the provisions of this section
            shall be executed in duplicate original, one of which shall be provided to the lessee
            within thirty (30) days of its execution.
