§ 31-44-1.6. Fees and charges for licenses.
(a) The department of business regulation shall promulgate rules to establish fees and
            charges for the issuance of licenses or permits required in this chapter.
         
(b) The fees and charges under this chapter shall be applied solely to fulfilling the
            various responsibilities of the department as specified within this chapter.
         
(c) All fees and charges collected by the department under this chapter shall be deposited
            as general revenues.
