§ 31-41.3-7. Citation precedent.
In the event a law enforcement officer stops and issues a citation to the driver of
            a vehicle for a speeding violation, which violation is also captured by an automated
            school-zone-speed-enforcement system, the citation issued to the driver by the law
            enforcement officer shall have and take precedence, and the automated school-zone-speed-enforcement
            system citation shall be dismissed.
