§ 31-41.3-5. Operation of system.
In the event a fixed or mobile automated traffic-speed-enforcement system is to be
            installed or used by any person other than the state department of transportation
            or state police personnel on a state maintained street, roadway or highway, the director
            of transportation shall approve installation or use of the system.
