§ 31-40-12. Authority of administrator of the division of motor vehicles.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting, modifying, or reducing the
            authority of the administrator of the division of motor vehicles in any way, and nothing
            contained in this chapter shall be construed as affecting any of the provisions of
            chapter 11 of this title entitled "Suspension or revocation of licenses — Violations,â€�
            or as affecting the provisions of § 31-27-2.1.
