§ 31-37-17. Penalties for violations.

Whoever, himself or herself or by his or her agent or servant, violates any provision of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000). Upon the second finding against any licensee of a violation, whether by himself or herself or by his or her agent or servant, the director may suspend the right of the licensee to engage in the business of selling motor fuel at retail for a period not exceeding three (3) months.
