§ 31-37-16.3. Additives.
Every retail dealer shall display and maintain on at least two (2) sides of each pump
            or other dispensing device from which motor fuel is sold at least one sign in a conspicuous
            place stating the maximum percent of alcohol, greater than one percent (1%) contained
            in the product to the nearest whole percent. In the case of methanol blends, the maximum
            percentage of co-solvent contained in the motor fuel must be stated separately.
