§ 31-36.1-19. Out-of-state vehicles.
When under the laws of any other jurisdiction, any tax, license, fee, or other obligation
            in addition to any imposed by Rhode Island, are imposed on motor vehicles registered
            in Rhode Island, the same tax, license, fee, or other obligation may be imposed on
            vehicles from those states by Rhode Island.
