§ 31-33-15. Suspension of fraudulent registration of vehicle owned by minor.
The division of motor vehicles shall immediately suspend the registration of any motor
            vehicle if it appears to the division of motor vehicles that the motor vehicle is
            owned by a person under eighteen (18) years of age and that the person has secured
            the registration by a false statement of his or her age or that the motor vehicle
            has been registered in the name of a person not the true owner of it.
