§ 31-32-9. Division of motor vehicles to notify licensing state.
If the defendant named in any certified copy of a judgment reported to the division
            of motor vehicles is a nonresident, the division of motor vehicles shall transmit
            a certified copy of the judgment to the official in charge of the issuance of licenses
            and registrations in the state of which the defendant is a resident.
