§ 31-32-33. Substitution of proof.
The division of motor vehicles shall consent to the cancellation of any bond or certificate
            of insurance, or the division of motor vehicles shall direct and the general treasurer
            shall return any money or securities to the person entitled to it upon the substitution
            and acceptance of other adequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant to this
            chapter.
