§ 31-32-11. Exception in relation to certain vehicles.

The provisions of § 31-32-10 shall not apply with respect to any judgment arising out of an accident caused by the ownership or operation, with permission, of a vehicle owned or leased to the United States, this state, or a municipality of it, any ambulance owned by a hospital, or any motor propelled fire engines or other fire apparatus owned by volunteer fire companies whether incorporated or not, any motor vehicle owned by volunteer fire companies whether incorporated or not, any motor vehicle owned by a representative of a foreign country duly accredited to the United States government, nor a
