§ 31-3.2-4.1. Operation of snowmobile or recreational vehicle without permission — Penalty.

(a) No person shall operate any snowmobile or recreational vehicle upon any property or premises owned by another person without the consent in writing of the owner of the property or premises.

(b) No person shall operate any snowmobile or recreational vehicle which is owned by another person without the consent in writing of the owner.

(c) Penalties. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a civil violation and be subject to a fine of not mor
