§ 31-3.2-4. Transfer or termination of ownership.
Within fifteen (15) days after the transfer of ownership, or any part of it, other
            than a security interest, or the destruction or abandonment of any snowmobile or recreational
            vehicle, written notice of that transfer or destruction shall be given to the director
            in any form that he or she shall prescribe.
