§ 31-3.1-36. Court review.
A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the division of motor vehicles
            under this chapter is entitled to a review by the sixth division of the district court
            in accordance with the administrative procedure act of this state. A party aggrieved
            by a final order of the court may seek review in the supreme court by writ of certiorari
            in accordance with the procedures contained in § 42-35-16.
