§ 31-3-74. Police chief emeritus.
The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a special registration plate for the motor vehicle of the former police chief of the town of Coventry, Roger J. Laliberte. This plate is to bear the identification "Police Chief Emeritus,� along with an appropriate designation number imprinted on it and shall be furnished without additional registration charge for long as Roger
J.Laliberte so desires.
