§ 31-3-71. Chief Justice Emeritus — Joseph R. Weisberger.
The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to
            issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicle of former
            State Supreme Court Chief Justice Joseph R. Weisberger. The plate to bear the designation
            "Chief Justice Emeritusâ€�, with an appropriate designation number and the seal of the
            state imprinted on it. The plate shall be furnished without additional registration
            charge for as long as Chief Justice Weisberger desires.
