§ 31-3-120. Police chief emeritus — Gary Malikowski.
The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to
            issue a special registration plate for the motor vehicle of the former police chief
            of the town of West Greenwich, Gary Malikowski. This plate is to bear the identification
            "Police Chief Emeritus,â€� along with an appropriate designation number imprinted on
            it and shall be furnished without additional registration charge for such period of
            time as Gary Malikowski may desire.
