§ 31-3-103. Olympic medal winners.
The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to
            issue a special registration plate for the motor vehicles of all present and former
            Olympic medal winners. This plate is to bear the identification "Olympic Medal Winnerâ€�
            along with an appropriate designation number imprinted on it and shall be furnished
            without additional registration charge for so long as the Olympian desires.
