§ 31-24-5. Head lamps on motorcycles and motor-driven cycles.
Every motor cycle and every motor-driven cycle shall be equipped with at least one
            and not more than two (2) head lamps which shall comply with the requirements and
            limitations of this chapter. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated
            in § 31-41.1-4.
