§ 31-23-46. Department of environmental management — Vehicles.
All vehicles in use by the department of environmental management shall be equipped
            with a fire extinguisher. The fire extinguisher shall contain a potassium bicarbonate
            base dry chemical fire extinguishing agent, have an underwriter's laboratory rating
            of six (6) B:C, and a capacity of two and one-half pounds (21/2 lbs.).
