§ 31-23-28. Failure to have fenders or wheel flaps.

Any person who violates any provision of §§ 31-23-26 and 31-23-27 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty

(30)days, or both fine and imprisonment.
