§ 31-23-25. List of approved types of glass — Enforcement of requirements.
The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall compile and publish a list
            of types of glass by name approved by him or her as meeting the requirements of §§ 31-23-22 — 31-23-24. The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall not register any motor
            vehicle which is subject to the provisions of this chapter unless it is equipped with
            an approved type of safety glass, and he or she shall subsequently suspend the registration
            of any motor vehicle subject to this chapter which he or she finds is not so equipped
            until it is made to conform to the requirements of this chap
