§ 31-22-3.1. Riding on motor driven cycles — Passengers prohibited.
A person operating a motor driven cycle as defined in § 31-3-1(i) shall ride only upon the permanent and regular seat attached to it. The operator
            shall not carry any other person. An operator violating the provisions of this section
            shall be guilty of a civil violation and upon conviction shall be fined not more than
            twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00)
            for the second or subsequent offenses.
