§ 31-19.7-2. Use of electric bicycles at state properties.

The department of environmental management may, by regulation, determine allowable uses of electric bicycles at properties under the department's jurisdiction; provided, however, that Class 1 electric bicycles shall be allowable on state bicycle trails or paths as defined by § 31-1-23.
