§ 31-19.3-2. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Motorized bicyclesâ€� has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
(2) "Motorized tricyclesâ€� has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
(3) "Motor scootersâ€� has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
