§ 31-13-12. Traffic control near road construction and maintenance operation.
The standards set forth in section VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices
            for Streets and Highways, prepared by the National Joint Committee on Uniform Traffic
            Control Devices, pertaining to situations where traffic must be moved through or around
            road construction and maintenance operations, are incorporated by reference and are
            to be considered the minimum standards relative to those situations.
