§ 31-10-46. Driver education course — Credit given.
A driver education student who passes the driver education course but fails the learner's
            permit examination shall be given credit for passing the driver education course and
            need not retake it provided the student within ten (10) days retakes the learner's
            permit examination at the division of motor vehicles and passes it.
