§ 31-10-40. Fee — Expiration of instructor's license.
The fee for each application for an instructor's license shall be fifteen dollars
            ($15.00). The license shall be granted or denied by the administrator of the division
            of motor vehicles within thirty (30) days after the application and shall expire,
            unless sooner revoked or suspended, on the thirtieth (30th) day of June following
            its effective date.
