§ 31-10-37. Fee — Expiration of license — Duplicates.

The fee for each application for a commercial drivers' school license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). The license shall be granted or denied by the administrator of the division of motor vehicles within thirty (30) days after the application has been filed. The license shall expire, unless sooner revoked or suspended, on the 30th day of June following its effective date. The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall issue a separate license certificate for each location designated by the applicant and the certificate shall be displayed at that location.
