§ 31-10-34.5. Transfer of functions to administrator of division of motor vehicles.
On May 4, 2005 all functions, services performed, responsibilities and duties formerly
            of the drivers' training school licensing board are hereby transferred to the administrator
            of the division of motor vehicles.
