§ 31-10-24. Applicants excused from road test.

The provisions of § 31-10-22 shall not apply in the case of an applicant who already has been granted a valid operator's license issued by a state or federal agency which has a reciprocal agreement with the state of Rhode Island in the matter of requirements for operator's licenses. Also, § 31-10-22 shall not apply when an examiner of the division of motor vehicles is examining any student of a public or parochial educational institution which offers a course in driver training education acceptable to the division of motor vehicles, provided that the motor vehicle used by the educational institution for
