§ 31-10-14. Applications of minors.

The application of any person under the age of eighteen (18) years for a limited instruction permit, a limited provisional license, or a full operator's license shall be signed and verified, before a person authorized to administer oaths, by one or more of the following individuals: the father, mother, guardian, adult husband or wife, or licensed foster parent, who is a resident of this state and qualified to be a supervising driver pursuant to § 31-10-6.1.
