§ 31-10-11. Application forms — Destruction of refused applications.
Every application for an instruction permit or for an operator's or chauffeur's license
            shall be made upon a form furnished by the division of motor vehicles. Applications
            of unsuccessful applicants may be destroyed after a period of thirty (30) days from
            the date of the failure to pass the required examination.
